1. Returns for Defective Products: We accept returns for defective products within 14 days of delivery. If your wine bottle is damaged or broken upon delivery, or if you received an incorrect order, please contact us immediately. To initiate a return, kindly reach out to our customer service team with the following information:

  • A clear photo of the defective or damaged product
  • Description of the issue

We will arrange for a return and ensure that you receive a full refund or replacement, depending on your preference.

2. Exchanges: We are happy to offer exchanges! If you’d like to exchange your wine for another bottle, please reach out to our customer service team within 14 days of delivery. You can exchange your wine for a different bottle or product of equal value, subject to availability.

  • Returns and exchanges are only applicable to products that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.
  • To qualify for a return or exchange, the product must be in its original condition and packaging.
  • Shipping costs for returns or exchanges due to a mistake on our part (e.g. broken bottle, wrong order) will be covered by Longridge Wine Estate. However, if the return or exchange is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
